Cauliflower & Pepper topping
Rice the Cauliflower. Then, dice your yellow onions, bell peppers, and jalapenos. Preheat your pan with olive oil and sauté your Cauliflower, onions, bell peppers, minced garlic, and jalapenos for 5 minutes. Add 1 teaspoon of Ms. Dash Garlic & Herb seasoning, pepper, 1 1⁄2 teaspoon chili powder, 1⁄4 teaspoon of thyme, and just a pinch of salt.
Charred 8 Oz of Cruz Chop
Preheat a large pan to medium-high heat, 350 - 375 degrees, with a tablespoon of oil, and cook Cruz Chop for about 12 minutes until charred, i.e., not wet visually but not burnt.
Wash and cube your potatoes. Make sure you pat your potatoes dry so the oil does not pop. Fry them in hot oil for about 3 - 5 minutes until golden and crispy outside.
Once the Cruz Chop is ready, plate your dish, starting with your potatoes, then add your stir-fried vegetables and top with Cruz Chop. Then add freshly diced tomatoes and enjoy!!!
