Water, mushrooms, onion, pea protein, chia seeds, methylcellulose, olive oil, smoked paprika, BBQ sauce (brown sugar, tomato paste, water, distilled vinegar, sugar, contains 2% or less of the following: salt, tamarind extract, ground chili pepper, mustard flour, natural smoke flavor, molasses, ground red pepper, garlic powder, spices, minced garlic, onion powder), nutritional yeast, BBQ rub (hydrated garlic and onion spices, chili pepper, smoked paprika, mustard flour, chipotle, chili pepper, celery seed, cilantro), organic vegetable base (vegetables* and vegetable juice concentrate* (carrots*, celery*, onion*, tomato*), salt, cane sugar*, maltodextrin*, food starch*, yeast extract, onion powder*, garlic powder*, spices*) sugar. *Organic
Must store in the freezer until ready to cook. Best prepared on stove top using a frying pan. Lightly brush or spray oil on the pan.
Stove:
Preheat your pan to medium-high on the stovetop and then place the frozen Mushroom Ground in the pan. Use a spatula to chop it to preferences. Cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees, roughly 10-15 minutes . The Mushroom Ground is ready when slightly charred, firmed and moist, not wet. Season based on desired dish. Best eaten hot.
To mold:
Slightly thaw for about 20 minutes. Mold while slightly frozen. Shape into links, patties, or balls.

Orders are typically shipped using foam and/or silver insulating food shipping containers such as evergreen material and/or dry ice boxes. Depending on shipment size and location, we may also use cardboard boxes with insulated box liners to maintain safe temperatures.
Product Condition on Arrival: Your items will arrive either frozen or cool to the touch. For best quality, please place products back in the freezer immediately upon arrival.
