Our made from mushroom burger patties cut and bite like meat but taste like veggies. These plant-based patties have a wide-range in cook from rare to well-done. They are pre-seasoned and juicy with a 10 minute cook time.

Keep frozen until ready to cook. No need to thaw. Lightly brush or spray oil on the pan and burger patty. Cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees. Patty is done when brown and firmed in the center on both sides. Each method takes about 5 to 6 minutes to cook on both sides. No additional seasoning is needed. Best eaten when hot.

Stove:
Preheat a cast iron pan at broil. Use a middle stove rack.

Frying Pan:
Preheat your pan to medium-high on the stovetop

Air Fryer:
Preheat between 300-400 degrees.

Depending on shipment size and location, we may also use cardboard boxes with insulated box liners to maintain safe temperatures.

Product Condition on Arrival: Your items will arrive either frozen or cool to the touch. For best quality, please place products back in the freezer immediately upon arrival.
