Must store in the freezer until ready to cook. Best prepared on stove top using a frying pan. Lightly brush or spray oil on the pan.
Stove:
Preheat your pan to medium-high on the stovetop and then place the frozen Cremini Chop in the pan. Use a spatula to chop it to preferences. Cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees, roughly 10-15 minutes . The Cremini Chop is ready when slightly charred, firmed and moist, not wet. Season based on desired dish. Best eaten hot.
To mold:
Slightly thaw for about 20 minutes. Mold while slightly frozen. Shape into links, patties, or balls.
Shipping
If we have stock, orders on average take about 7-10 business days to process and deliver depending upon your shipment location and the shipping option chosen at checkout. Domestic delivery usually takes about 1 to 2 days once shipped. If we are out of stock, you will be notified informed prior to purchasing when the expected processing date will begin. We do allow orders to be placed on backorder.
Products may arrive thawed especially during the summer months even when packaged with dry ice and gel packs. Toss them into the freezer to re-freeze and then cook from frozen.

Return Policy
Due to the nature of our frozen food products, all sales are final after order has been shipped. If you discover an issue with your order with 24 to 48 hours of delivery, you can contact us and we will retrieve the necessary information to access a valid refund or credit of purchased product(s).
