đ± Mushroom Burgers
Our 4 oz patties arenât just for lunch or dinner â theyâre versatile enough for breakfast, too. In this recipe, to get that breakfast sausage look and feel, we used a smaller circle cookie cutter to cut out the Mushroom Burgers. You can also achieve this by using Mushroom Ground and molding it to your desired size.
To cook the Mushroom Burgers, we sprayed our Ninja brand air fryer with extra virgin oil spray and tossed the frozen patties into the fryer for about 5 minutes on each side. We cooked the patties first before creating the smaller cut-out âsausage styleâ portions. Air fryer setting: grill, 350â375 degrees.
đ„ Biscuits
These were lovingly homemade by Maama Baaba, but you can use a croissant too. Weâll share her simple recipe soon, but in the meantime, feel free to use any breakfast roll or biscuit you enjoy.
đł Mushroom-First Omelet
In a stovetop frying pan, we sautĂ©ed chopped tomatoes and onions seasoned with salt, pepper, and garlic. Once caramelized, we poured in Just Egg â a mushroom-forward alternative to traditional eggs â and created a fluffy omelet.
đ„ Completed Dish
Plate it your way! For this meal, we paired the Mushroom Burgers with a side of grapefruit and avocado slices, making it a light yet hearty breakfast thatâs rooted in our mushroom-first philosophy.
