What makes a taco truly yours is the toppings you choose. For this version, we sautĆ©ed peppers and onions with balsamic vinaigrette and a touch of cane brown sugar in the air fryer. Gauge with your eyes and taste how much seasoning youād like as the peppers and onions caramelize.

Preheat a large frying pan to medium-high heat (350ā375 degrees) with a tablespoon of oil. Thaw about 4 oz of Mushroom Ground for 10ā15 minutes. Place it into your frying pan and, with a spatula, chop and flip until charred to your liking. Mushroom Ground cooks beautifully across a wide range ā from ārareā to well-done ā so leave it on the pan as long as youād like to match your preference.

Lightly butter a frying pan and sear the tortilla for 1ā2 minutes until golden and warm. Be careful not to overcook, so the tortilla stays flexible and perfect for folding.
