Boil chickpeas until tender.

In a frying pan, sautƩ sliced onions and spinach with garlic, black pepper, salt, and cherry tomatoes in olive oil. Add the cooked chickpeas and blend the flavors together, keeping the pan on low heat to simmer.

In a separate pan, preheat a large frying pan to medium-high heat (350–375 degrees) with a tablespoon of oil. Thaw about 4 oz of Mushroom Ground for 10–15 minutes. Place the Mushroom Ground into your frying pan and, using a spatula, chop and flip it around until charred to your liking. Mushroom Ground cooks beautifully across a wide range — from ā€œrareā€ to well-done — so keep it on the heat until it matches your preference.

Once the Mushroom Ground is ready, combine the contents of the first frying pan with it. Mix well, letting all the flavors come together, and season as needed.
