Rice
This recipe uses mixed rice made of Texmati white, red, and brown rice. Place the desired amount into a cooking pot with water. Add a tad bit of oil until the rice is completely cooked.
Chickpea Cruz Chop Mix
Boil chickpeas to a complete cook.
In a frying pan, sauté slices onions, spinach using garlic, black pepper, salt, and cherry tomatoes in olive oil. Add the cooked chickpeas and mix all the flavors together. Keeping sautéing on low heat.
In a separate pan, preheat a large frying pan to medium-high heat, 350 - 375 degrees, with a tablespoon of oil. Thaw completely for about 10 to 15 minutes 4 Oz Cruz Chop. Please the thawed Cruz Chop into your frying pan and with a spatula, cut it up and flip it around until charred to your liking. Cruz Chop has a wide range in cook from "rare" to well-done. Depending on your preference, leave it on the frying pan for as long as you want.
Once completed, add the content from the first frying pan together into the second. Mix the flavors together and add additional seasonings as needed.
Completed Dish
Plate your food in a bowl, placing half the Chickpea Cruz Chop mix on one side and the rice on the other. Enjoy!
